崗位職責responsibilities
1. 硬件與網絡維護hardware & network maintenance
o 監控并解決業務運營中的it問題，包括計算機、打印機、網絡線路等硬件設備的故障排查與維護
o monitor and resolve it issues in business operations, including troubleshooting computers, printers, and network infrastructure
o 確保網絡系統穩定運行，定期檢查網絡設備狀態及性能優化
o ensure network stability and optimize performance through regular checks
2. 網絡安全管理cybersecurity compliance
o 參與it團隊變更管理流程，協調網絡安全策略的實施與更新
o participate in change management processes and enforce security policies
o 嚴格遵守集團網絡安全政策，定期執行安全審計與漏洞修復
o conduct security audits and patch vulnerabilities per company protocols
3. 外部協調與應用支持external coordination
o 與合作伙伴及外部顧問協作，提供應用系統技術支持并跟蹤問題解決進度
o collaborate with partners/vendors to provide application support and track issue resolution
o 根據需求參與系統測試，確保功能與安全性符合標準
o perform system testing as required to validate functionality and security
4. 英文政策管理english policy documentation
o 撰寫、更新及維護英文it政策文檔，確保內容符合行業規范
o draft and maintain it policies in english, ensuring compliance with standards
5. 風險與事件響應risk & incident management
o 分析安全風險事件，制定快速解決方案并執行應急處理流程
o analyze security risks and execute efficient incident response plans
6. 其他任務additional tasks
o 完成it經理分配的其他技術或行政類任務
o complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by it manager
任職要求qualifications
? 計算機或相關專業本科以上學歷，2年以上it支持經驗
? bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, 2+ years of it experience
? 熟悉網絡管理、硬件維護及常見安全工具（如防火墻）
? proficient in network administration, hardware troubleshooting, and security tools (e.g., firewalls)
? 具備英文技術文檔撰寫能力，cet-4以上優先
? strong english writing skills for technical documentation (cet-4 preferred)
? 良好的溝通能力與團隊協作精神，能適應多任務處理
? excellent communication and multitasking abilities
